For event management and premier space bookings, please work with your assigned event management coordinator to discuss suitable catering options in accordance with Resource Management and university policies.
Supplier selection should prioritize best value by considering food quality, service reliability, food safety standards, dietary accommodations, and the overall dining experience, rather than focusing solely on cost. Departments should refer to Resource Management policies for vendor requirements and work with event coordinators to ensure compliance with university standards.
