COVID-19 Changes to Student Mail – Student Move Out Guide

Forwarding Packages:  Please try to contact any service that has not sent out your package yet and have them RE-ROUTE ASAP to your current address.  If we have received your
package and you want it forwarded. You will need to follow the Click-N-Ship instructions listed here:

Sign in and begin to create a label.
Select Priority Mail for 2-3 days service or Express Mail for Next Day Service
Enter the following as “return address”

Enter your forwarding/home address.
Enter the weight and type of package.  This needs to be accurate in order for you to get your package returned to you with no additional charge.  (If you don’t know the weight and type you can email us to get that information.)

We will be forwarding any USPS First Class mail to the permanent address that you currently have on file. 

This will take some time to process.  If you have something that is time sensitive please email   So we can locate your package and expedite forwarding.  Please limit this to important mail only as each request will be answered in the order in which it was received.  Please respect your classmates and do not request items unless they are truly important and need to be expedited.

March 14                     9:00 am – 5:00 pm

March 15                     9:00 am – 2:00 pm

March 16-April 30        Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Closed on Saturdays and Sundays)
