All printed material bearing the university logo will be printed in accordance with the Design, branding, and logo toolkit issued by the Office of Public Affairs.

Purchase Orders

No telephone purchase orders. It is preferable that Marketplace is used to transmit the purchase order to a contract printer.

Auto-Faxed Orders

After you have obtained the purchase order number via document status or document review in Marketplace, you may fax or email the copy you wish printed to the printer, making sure the purchase order number is noted on the copy.

Process

The printer will set the copy to University Logotype standards and fax or email a proof back to you. Be sure to include a university fax number, your contact name and email address for the proof approval. Printers will not proceed with the final print without an approved proof from the department.
