The attached list contains preferred suppliers that offer contract pricing to Washington University staff and faculty.

While employees may use these contracts, employees may not use a university purchase order, procurement card or other university payment method to acquire items for personal use.

In addition, Bank of America, Commerce Bank, and US Bank offer preferred banking services to Washington University staff and faculty. Click on their name to access each bank’s specific information. Staff and Students Now Receive FedEx Shipping Discounts

Washington University has three on-campus FedEx Office Print & Ship locations offering copying, document services, and shipping solutions.  Effective January 2,  2018, WashU, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and BJC Staff and Students are eligible for FedEx shipping discounts for personal use.  Discounts are $5 off domestic ground shipments of at least $15 and $5 off domestic express shipments of a least $20.  Packaging materials and international shipments do not quality for this program.  To utilize this discount you must show a valid ID badge at any of the WU on campus FedEx Office locations. Travelers’ Insurance

Optional insurance benefits are not typically associated with an organization’s primary benefit package and are, as the name suggests, optional. These benefits provide faculty and staff with group discounts on purchases or services in the following insurance products: auto, home, renters, identity theft, condo, personal umbrella (must have auto or homeowner’s insurance with Travelers to qualify), flood, boat and yacht, dwelling fire, motor home, rental and seasonal property, and valuable articles.
