3) WUSTL Marketplace Update

Dell – When possible avoid Non-Catalog purchase orders and take advantage of the electronic P.O. delivery and invoicing. If you have a Dell (DOMS) created quote, process the order using the following steps:

· Enter the Dell punch-out catalog
· Click on “Quick Links” in upper right corner
· Click on ‘Custom Links”
· Click on ‘Non-Standard Quotes’
· Locate your quote number
· Click on the ‘Add-to-Cart’
· Proceed to check out

Should you have any additional questions, please call Greg Mosley, Purchasing Services, at 314-935-5927.

Graybar – Graybar now offers a Level II Punch-out catalog, which means many of their products will display when you conduct a general ‘everything’ search within Marketplace. The new catalog offers Graybar’s entire product offering. Also, the catalog includes quote functionality and order status capability.
