Southwest® is a preferred partner for Washington University in St. Louis. WashU travelers can take advantage of negotiated rates from STL to ALL Southwest destinations when booking through SWABIZ or a contracted travel agency.
Follow the steps below to connect to the WashU SWABIZ account easily:

WU policy still requires you to select the lowest available commercial coach/economy fare that fits the business purpose of the trip. Southwest Airlines issues non-expiring Travel Credits for canceled tickets to the individual who was intending to travel. Because of this, if it is unlikely that faculty, staff, guests, or students will travel again for University business purposes, it is advised to purchase Wanna Get Away +. This will allow for the transfer of funds between travelers.
